1. THE GOLF COURSE - With Bent grass greens, tees, and fairways the golf course rivals most traditional private clubs in the area. The golf course, designed by renowned golf course architects von Hagge, Smelek, and Baril, is playable yet challenging.
2. LIMITED AVAILABILITY - Once membership is full, current members will have the first option to join for the next season.

4. AFFORDABLE - Our annual memberships cost less than one third of what some other local clubs charge in annual monthly dues.
5. NO MONTHLY DUES - You won’t be receiving another unwanted bill in the mail. You pay your annual membership fee at the beginning of each season and that is it.
6. NO FOOD MINIMUMS - At Grey Hawk we will have full service dining that you will want to eat.
7. NO LOCKER ROOM FEE - The clubhouse locker room is available for you and your guests as needed.
8. A FIXED EXPENSE - You’ll know exactly what you’re going to spend each year on your golf.
9. GOLF CARTS – Affordable cart fee $10 for 18 holes, $5 for 9 holes.
10. THE PRACTICE FACILITIES – The use of the practice facilities are included in your membership. But before you start banging all those balls, remember practice doesn’t make perfect it makes permanent. So be sure you’re swinging correctly and take a lesson from one of our PGA Professionals.
11. ADVANCED STARTING TIMES – Members are able to make starting times two weeks in advance, one week ahead of the general public.
12. OPEN TEE SHEET - We don’t discriminate. Starting time access is not restricted based on gender.
13. GUEST PRIVILEGES - You’re not limited to the number of guests you can bring. As a member you are able to bring one foursome or ten foursomes. Also, Members can prearrange for guests to play at Grey Hawk without accompanying them.
14. YOU WILL NEVER BE ASSESSED – We’ll pay for all the club’s capital improvements.
15. HANDICAP SERVICE – No more fighting on the first tee. With a USGA GHIN handicap your friends will have to give you all your shots.
16. CLUB EVENTS – For those who are competitive or just like to socialize, Grey Hawk will have a limited schedule for members only.
17. HOSPITALITY – Our staff will make every effort to make you feel at home.
